DMV lists the internet PIRP sponsor as American Safety, 111 Washington Avenue, Suite 606, Albany, NY 12210. DMV lists the online pre-licensing provider as American Safety Inc in Tallahassee. The New Jersey MVC lists American Safety Institute, Inc. among approved online defensive driving providers. Those are the course providers. This site only links to them.

How the links work

Every enroll button is a plain link to the provider’s checkout. This site does not wrap, shorten, redirect, or add tracking parameters to those addresses. If you are already enrolled, the student login in the header and footer opens the provider’s login at gon.asicourse.com.

If you enroll through one of those checkout links, the provider may pay this site a commission. The commission does not change the checkout address. You can also enroll from the provider’s own site or choose another sponsor on the DMV or MVC list. DMV says course fees vary and that it is worth comparing them.

How the pages were written

Insurance and point claims are limited to what the New York DMV, the New Jersey MVC, New Jersey statute, and the provider’s own pages say. Where a detail is only the provider’s rule, the page says so. This site does not publish star ratings, review counts, or testimonials. It does not use DMV, MVC, TLC, or American Safety Institute logos.

There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on these pages.
